Software for how property is actually run in India.

Most rent management software is built somewhere else and translated. It assumes monthly cycles that start on the 1st, utilities billed by the provider, and a tenancy relationship that looks nothing like a lease agreement, a refundable deposit and a society maintenance charge.

MyRentManager is built the other way round. Rent falls due on the 10th and picks up a late fee from the 11th. Electricity is metered per unit and billed on the 27th. Deposits are ₹5,000 and refundable, agreements carry a fee, and receipts reach residents on WhatsApp because that is where they read things.

The result is a system a managing company can run a month on without keeping a parallel spreadsheet — which is the only test that matters.
