Questions people ask before buying
- Do you take a cut of the rent we collect?
- No. The plan fee is the only thing we charge. Payment gateway charges are levied by the gateway, not by us, and go directly to them.
- What counts as a property?
- One building or site, however many units it contains. A 90-unit tower is one property, not ninety.
- Is GST included in the price?
- No — prices are quoted before tax and GST is charged in addition, which is how business software is normally priced in India. The all-in figure is shown on each plan so there is no arithmetic to do.
- What happens if we go over the property limit?
- Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted. You will be asked to move up a plan before adding the next property.
- Can we change plan later?
- Yes, at any point. Moving up applies immediately; moving down applies at your next renewal so you keep what you have paid for.
- What does the SEO on the Growth plan actually do?
- Each published property gets its own crawlable page with its own title, description and structured data, pre-rendered so search engines index the listing itself rather than a placeholder.
